Having a real estate career that spans almost a decade, Mark has established a respected reputation among clients and colleagues. After pursuing other careers in sales he began working with his father at Prudential Real Estate in 1999, he found his true passion lies in real estate. Mark is a fourth generation realtor, so to say that selling real estate is a job would be an understatement, it is his life.

Mark started his career with the mindset that no job was too small or too large and with the principle that people matter. He built his business on hard work, knowledge, honesty and dedication. One of the most rewarding things he has gained from real estate is the friendships that he has cultivated over the years.

Bob Redding, Mark's father, started Redding and Associates in 2000 after successfully brokering offices since 1972. Mark is happy to have had the opportunity to be mentored by his father and the values that his career was built on. Mark is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Victoria Board of Realtors. Mark’s goal is to build upon the legacy that past generations have established, with big dreams and innovative ideas for the future of Redding and Associates.

Mark was born and raised in Victoria where he currently resides with his wife and three children. Mark loves the outdoors, in his spare time his hobbies include fishing, hunting and playing golf with his sons. This is his community and with that he carries a sense of pride in serving the people in it.

Mark understands that buying or selling a home is a huge step in someone’s life and strives to make buying or listing a home a smooth and pleasant transaction. Mark is a top selling and producing agent that fights for his client’s best interest. He has successfully negotiated many transactions, including commercial, ranch, new construction and existing home sales. Mark also has had extensive training in how the loan process works from working first hand in that industry. His knowledge of the Victoria market and his experience has attributed to his success. He is dedicated to his clients needs and understands that real estate is not a 9-5 job. He realizes that questions come up and takes pride on being accessible to his clients and sensitive to the fact that buying a home is the single largest investment that most will face.
